Best Tips: Apply a skin tone matching eyeshadow first as a base. I use Beige Pink quite often. Okay to cover entire lid area - from lashline to brow and inside to outside eye area. Makes it easier to blend dark colors on top, for countours etc.

Use darker colors like Purple or Dark Brown WET, with a tight brush like Small Sable Angle - Short Handle. Increases color pay off significantly. Great as an eyeliner. Smudge it or keep it a tight line.
